Our two professionally decorated guest rooms are on the second floor of the B&B. Dividing the two rooms is our Sitting Room with seating, game table, small refrigerator, access to the Covered Porch, a mini-bar and our video and game collection - all for your enjoyment. Sunrise Room

Rooms are value priced based upon double occupancy at $95 - $125 per night. Sales & Occupancy Taxes not included.
Policies Deposit: All reservations must be secured by a deposit equal to 1 nights stay. Payment of balance due at check-in. Reservation Policy: No reservation is confirmed until deposit received. A confirmation notice will be emailed or mailed if time allows. Payment Types: We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, Cash, and Travelers checks in U.S. currency. Cancellation Policy: Short notice cancellations threaten our ability to continue to offer excellent prices and a beautiful getaway for our valued guests. (Please read our policies carefully, they will be enforced) Deposits for reservations cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival will be refunded, less a $25 handling fee per room reserved. We reserve the right to charge the full amount of the reservation in the event of a no-show. Arrival & Departure: Guests may check-in between 3:00 and 7:00 PM . Arrangements for late arrivals can be made upon special request. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Smoking: No smoking inside buildings. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
